THE CATHEDRAL SQUARE / LA PLAZA DE LA CATEDRAL

The Cathedral Square. It is near the church of Las Puras. It has a lot of history. Today it is clear, with a marble pavement and 24 date palms just planted. Besides, it is semi-pedestrian. The film Patton was shot here in 1969. The Bishop’s Palace is located on one of its sides.

Esta plaza tiene mucha historia. Hoy se encuentra despejada, con un suelo de mármol y 24 palmeras datileras recién plantadas. Es semi-peatonal. En uno de los laterales de la plaza está el Palacio Episcopal.
